Today, we begin gently. No pressure to heal, no expectation to be okay. Just an invitation to pause… and notice. Sometimes the weight we carry isn’t ours to begin with — it’s old beliefs, past expectations, other people’s pain.

- Whose voice do you hear when you feel guilty for resting?

- What belief keeps you stuck in pain that doesn’t belong to you anymore?

- When did you last feel truly free in your own body and mind?

I release what’s not mine. I soften into what’s true for me.

Set a timer for 10 minutes. Sit with your hand on your heart. Repeat the affirmation slowly. Then journal your honest answers to the reflection questions.
